New Flyer Layouts and Color Customization

Paradym has just introduced three different flyer layouts for your tours, and they adjust to your choice of colors! Leave them in the flyer box in front of the house or on the kitchen counter for buyers to take when touring the property. They are built right in to your tours as PDF files, so buyers can also view them online or receive them from you as email attachments.

All include your contact info, your logo, descriptive text about the property, and your company’s color branding. There is even an area for a disclaimer if your local or state ordinances require certain statements be made in your advertising.

Choose the Capri layout to mimic the flyers of the past or the Florence layout to throw extra emphasis on one scene with a larger initial photo. For something more elegant, try the Venice layout. You can set up your default layout by clicking Flyer on your main account Dashboard screen, or change it up a bit for each tour by clicking Flyer Builder from the Tour Dashboard screen.
